The use of tiny RF tags in company’s uniforms and mattress covers of hotels and hospitals is an excellent option for industrial laundries, which must automatically identify each piece. These tags resist washes and manipulation in various stages of a laundry process, with unique identification. Specially designed readers are used to allow reading of one or more pieces going through antennas linked to the central system. This allows each stage of washing to be monitored in real time.
