Being the smallest available tag for this line, it was designed for use in asset applications, like tracking and monitoring portable computers, informatics equipment. It has a motion sensor which sends immediate alarms and has an antitamper unit, which is activated in case the tag is removed from its installation point. Offers different configurations for status transmission rates.
The TGM-A has an unique omnidirectional antenna design which allows for the tag to be read from all directions and well applied to both metallic or non-metallic surfaces. The reading distance is better on metals, with a 10% loss on non-metals.
The L-TGM-A constantly transmits its ID, unique for each tag, and may be detected by any AcuWave reader. Aside from its unique ID, the tag can send a predetermined number in Wiegand 26 bits format, its battery life and an antitamper alert, which is activated in case someone tries to remove the tag from its place.
