The ACURA Global's LaundryChip™ T-BH7550 S contains an individual, preprogrammed code which cannot be falsified. The communication from the reader to the transponder occurs through non-harmful low power and low frequency radio waves. Consequently, the passive transponder (no battery) transmits the code which identifies the hanger, without possibility of error, through any non-conductive material and even fitted onto a metallic hanger. ACURA Global's BügelChips carry manufacturing information on their shell and additional information can be laser-printed on request.
